Technical Data Cyclo Reducer
Characteristics
Characteristics
- High efficiency
The motor shaft is aligned with the output shaft and contacts with AL rolling. A single level shows high efficiency over 90% in average and double levels (1/121 or greater) show over 80% efficiency, which is the highest level of efficiency among the decelerators.
- High deceleration ratio
The previous Involute decelerator decelerates by 1/6 per level, but the Cyclo Drive decelerates by 1/11 to 1/87 per level. When built multilevel, it can decelerate by 1/121 to several billionth.
- Smooth driving and low noise
Great synchronization and operates in continuous rolling contact. The load-bearing part is precisely polished for smooth operation and low vibration and noise.
- Compact and lightweight
The structure is simple with the combination of built-in planetary gear and cycloid gear, so it is compact and lightweight with very high deceleration rate.
- Strong against impact with a long lifespan.
Structurally durable. The existing type of decelerator applies force onto an INVOLUTE gear with 1-2 teeth, but the CYCLOID works with 5-6 teeth in average.
All major parts have used high-carbon chrome bearing steel with high-precision machining to ensure high wear resistance, no breaking, and a long lifespan.

Smooth contact for high efficiency and a long lifespan. |
|
Not smooth and causes wearing. |
