Service Factor

This service factor is a certain load without impact and based on 8 hours a day. You can select the decelerator by calculating the equivalent load by multiplying load factor to the load.

Over Hung Load

O.H.L. is a type of bending force, and the bending moment should always be kept in the minimum level. As a big O.H.L. causes excess stress on the shaft or bearing leading to damage, the pulley, sprocket, and gear should be placed close to the decelerator body with a big diameter. O.H.L. varies according to the use of chain, gear, v-belt, or flat-belt for the connection of output shaft of decelerator to the shaft of motored unit.
