Principles
When the motor shaft rotates, the CAM BEARING causes the DISC to roll and rotate within the CYCLOID BOX, and when the CAM BEARING rotates once, the DISC rotates and moves by one 山. The rotation of DISC rotates the ROLLER (+PIN) of output shaft at the same time, and the output shaft decelerates as much as the number of 山 of DISC.
Power Transfer
Motor Shaft → Eccentric Body(Cam) → Disc+Box[(Pin+Roller)] → Output Pin Roller → Output Shaft
Disassembly and Assembly
Cycloid decelerator is simple and easy to disassemble and assemble as ordinary machines, but there is one thing you must keep in mind. The order of disassembly/assembly is as follows based on the structural drawings.
- Order of disassembly
- Unfasten the DRAIN PLUG and discharge the grease.
- Unfasten the bolts to separate 11 and 24.
- Hold the motor upside down to remove 10 snap ring.
- Remove the top of disc and remove 14 spacing ring.
- Remove 6 eccentric body and bottom of disc.
- Order of assembly
Follow the order of disassembly in the reverse order. Remember to check the points on the disc and align them as shown below.
